A project inspired by the heartbeat of downtown Lisa Carter is excited to share a personal photography project that steps beyond client work and into the heart of the community. With downtown Danville, Virginia coming alive through the energy of talented local musicians, this series was created to highlight the people behind the music and the stories that shape their art. Through thoughtful portraits and meaningful storytelling, each feature is designed to celebrate the individuality, creativity, and passion of our local artists. It is a chance to connect with the faces behind the performances and experience the downtown music scene in a new way. Read the blog post and follow along as this project grows, one artist at a time. |
